    I've read that only about half of men could get a woman pregnant at 50 years old. 1/3 have had erectile dysfunction that Viagra won't cure for the purposes of fertility. In addition, men at that age have less fluid to carry the semen and fewer motile sperms. If you've been trying for awhile, I'd get checked out by a urologist.

    I'm sure it is completely possible.

    The quicker the better, the latest is that the same birth defect risks for a baby with a mother that is over 35 can be brought from a father over 50.
