It won't dececrease, unlike women's eggs, men create sperm on a day to day basis explain the phenomenon of "blue balls" which has a build up of sperm in the scotum.

But the days you masturbate, you'll have a lower sperm count than normal (obviously)

There's about 170 million sperm cells generated per day.
About 200 – 600 million sperm cells are released from ejaculation.

That's just a rough estimate I'm guessing so there's no real way of telling.

No, your sperm count won't necessarily decrease. But, if you hold out for a few days, it could raise your "potential".

No it won't decrease. Your body adjust production can handle quite will a daily ejaculation of semen. Once per day is actually quite healthy for the body, in real sex as well.

Multiple times per day like 3 could cause you to get ahead of production, but a day or 2 rest and you would be accumulated right back up again.

Sperm count is a massive variable,in more way than 1.

  7. hatorihansotanaka says:

sperm count depends on your lifestyle, for example if you lead a healthy lifestyle and keep your testes cool you'll have a higher number of sperm, otherwise if you sit all day long and lead an unhealthy lifestyle your libido (sex drive) decreases and sperm count also decreases. As you age sperm count lessens.
