When ttc with a partners low sperm count, is it best to have sex every 2nd day or every 3rd day? which one?

My boyfriend has a low sperm count. (not that low) some people tell me that its best to have sex every 2nd day, others tell me its best every 3rd day cause it takes 3days for them to re-generate & get healthy again? im confused! since he has a low sperm count, should we have it every 2nd or 3rd? how would it work if we done it every 2nd if people are telling me it takes 3days for sperm to get back good again? :s ….

    every 3rd day gives it chance to build back up you have it everyday then there won’t be no sperm good luck hope you have a baby soon

    sperm lives for 3 days maybe more, so you’re covered if you wanna have a good count by having sex every 3 days.. but remind your bloke not to masterbate.. that decreases it.
