    They get a sample from you (you masturbate), and they look at it under a microscope and see how many ones move. Then they look at a chart and give you a reading…

    You go to a fertility clinic, 'give yourself one' into a small container and they examine the semen under a microscope and count the live sperm and rate movement etc. As far as I know you get the results in a few days, not then and there.

    I think you are given a cup,and then a choice of a dvd or book,and get sent to a private room to masterbate and ejaculate into the cup
