What would I have to do to increase the amount of semen I ejaculate?

I was just curious about this and was wondering is it possible for me to do this? I’ve heard they have pills and stuff that supposedly help but honestly I don’t trust a lot of the stuff they show on tv. Is there any other old fashion way that I would be able to do this, besides not masturbating for long periods of time?

    to seriously answer your question idk or at least ive never heard of anything to increase semen count?
