  3. i'm 100 % serious when i say marijuanna. it's been proven on a documentary "super high me". boxers, keeping nuts in a cool place like sticking an ice pack on your junk. certain fruits can help, don't drink soda. there's alot more, those are just at the top of my head.

    3. He should not 'relieve' himself in the few days leading up to sex.

  10. Daily intake of zinc, vitamin E and selenium supplements. Another supplement you can try is tomato supplements.. Drink plenty of water, wear boxers and avoid hot tub..
