Hot baths can reduce sperm count. I have no clue about fruits that can help you out.

the whole reason behind the hot water and low sperm count is the sperm can only live if they are at room temp. That's why the testies hang out of the body. If the sack gets too hot or cold, the less sperm you will have.

Unless you're going to have sex in a hot bat I wouldn't worry about #1. As to question #2, I personally have never heard of a healthy sex fruit.

a daily hot bath keeps you clean and will not cause floppy erections, reduce sperm count or otherwise have any ill effects (other than makign you feel like a prune if you sit in the tub too long – hehe).

all fruit is healthy so you should eat lots of fruit along with vegetables, dairy, etc. daily. Good healthy promotes good erections; poor health does nothing good for yoru penis or the rest of you.
