Things that lower mens sperm count. & heart shaped uterus?

I’m currently trying to have a baby, just started but I was wondering what kinds of things lower a mans sperm count? drugs? foods? any specific things? I dont know how healthy my fiance was in his past, but I doubt its anything great. Also when I was 19 my gyno told me after a pelvic ultra sound, that I had a heart shaped uterus.. She said that when I do want to have kids it raises my chances for miscariages. Does anyone know anything about that? Like could it potentially prevent me from getting pregnant? And what are the odds of miscariages… stuff like that. Please dont tell me to ask my doctor, once again It’s night time.. Im just curious to anyone who has any knowledge of this stuff at this moment. Thankssss!

I’m currently trying to have a baby, just started but I was wondering what kinds of things lower a mans sperm count? drugs? foods? any specific things?     I don’t know anything about a heart shaped uterus. The things that lower a man’s sperm count are tight fitting underwear and high temperatures. If you are trying to conceive, have him wear boxer shorts and stay out of the jacuzzi and super hot showers/ baths. The boxers allow increased circulation and for the testicles to stay at the proper temperature.

    my husband and i have been ttc for 2.5 years with no luck. he has low sperm count that is unexplained. so i’m hoping this is not your case.

    Heat is a main cause of low sperm count. Genetics also can play a part in it. People with low sperm count and get still get pregnant though. As far as the heart shaped uterus, you are at a slightly higher risk for a m/c. The reason being is that it can cause problems with implantation and if it does implant depending on where it can cause some growth abnormalities….that being said, there have been many women who have a heart-shaped uterus and have gone on to have healthy pregnancies. = )
