my sisters husband just had a semen analysis and his results just showed : the count is high but no active sperms , he had the test done twice and it came out the same and he had it in different clinincs too
he isnt a drinker nor a smoker and he eats like any other guy
so what do you think are the chances for them to conceive naturally????

This is an FYI for you. Semen analysis has to be done within 1 hour after the ejaculation. Also it should be kept warm and should not be kept on cool surfaces as sperms will become inactive and less motile. So make sure you have given good sample to test. Also you should get the test done second time to get more accurate and trusting results. So dont lose hope and ask you sister to check these fine details before coming to any conclusion.

2-dont drink any wine or beer

is your brother in law a fit and healthy guy? the sluggish sperm could be down to a poor lifestyle, being overweight, a heavy drinker and a smoker can all effect the sperms performance… if he can raise his own activity levels then his sperms activity levels will correspondingly increase, improving the chances of them being able to conceive naturally.

If he has a 0% active sperm reading then his chances are practically zero, since inactive sperm can't swim up the fallopian tubes. They're looking at either ICSI (if they are in a good enough condition), or, more likely, donor sperm or adoption.
Didn't their doctor tell him his success chances? If not he sounds like a quack.
