Yes that is true……The more regular a man ejaculates the less sperm are produced. If you want to get preg the best chance is if you work out your ovulation date and start having sex 2 days before that date and on the date plus the following 2 days after your date. Give hubby about a 4 day rest before you start and only have sex once a day over the 5 day fertile period. I managed to get preg this time on the first try, where as with our last 3 preg it took longer.

If you are having sex many times a day every day, then… yes, however having sex eliminates the oldest sperm in your reservoir first; having regular sex keeps you supplied with young fertile sperm.

Well if what you are talking about is having sex like everyday and then on your fertile days yes it does change your sperm count. Do not quote me but i think it takes 24 hours to get a mans sperm count back up after you have sex. Every time he ejaculates his sperm count lowers.

    heres a website.

Even tho it says it may be lower after tons of frequent sex. They say you should still do it every day or even several times a day.

I'd suggest talking to a doctor. I've heard both ways and I don't know what is true.
I've heard that when trying to get pregnant, you don't have sex regularly, just during the time the woman is likely to conceive, so that there is a lot of sperm.
I've also heard that having regular sex will not lower your sperm count, but will flush out the "old" sperm so that each time it's healthy new sperm.
