My semen analysis shows the sperm takes more than 6 hrs to liquefy and it is highly viscous.Count is 40million?

It is 6 years after my marriage and I have no children yet due to the varicoceles problem in the left testicle.Do I need surgical correction as advised by Alopathy?But as the count is around 40 million Homeo doctors advised me not to go for surgery rather I should undergo treatment for making a good quality sperm since it is highly viscous now.
