Does anyone know if "SYPHILIS" can make a man have infertility problems?

I don't think it'll cause infertility problems, but you shouldn't be having sex if you have syphillis. You also shouldn't be having babies. Syphillis spreads through skin contact with an infected person, especially through sex. Late syphilis can result in mental illness, blindness, deafness, memory loss or other neurological problems, heart disease, and death. This is very rare, though.

How can my husband improve his motility and morphology counts? He has already taken an antibiotic and this helped, but my doc wants the results to be a higher. His urologist says that this numbers are good enough even though they are little below the normal ranges. We already have a daughter and it was very easy to conceive her so we are disappointed that we have been ttc our second for a year now.

Doing limited research (on my end) I've found some doctors have claimed that eating Brazil nuts can increase sperm production and fertility.
"Brazil nuts
Brazil nuts are high in calories, and a good source of instant energy, and so are are especially good for athletes in training, or very active peoplechildren. They’re also a rich source of the anti-oxidant selenium that supports the immune system (helping ward off disease and protecting the heart and cardiovascular system) and plays a role in prostate health, making these a must-have nut to boost male fertility.
Downside: Brazil nuts have the highest concentration of saturated fat, making them more vulnerable to going rancid, (so reducing their nutrient content).
And at 190 cals per oz they should be eaten in moderation – no more than 2-3 a day if you’re on a weight loss diet.
Quantity: For 1oz: Approx = eat 6-8 Brazil nuts"Here is another site that any doctor I've talked to has gone by: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/fertility/MC00023
I have found that learning what not to do helps a lot!
I've heard also that eating baby carrots (both of you) helps but not sure if there is conclusive evidence or an old wive's tale. My doc told me that studies have shown that women that drank 8 oz of whole milk or ate a cup of whole milk yogurt a day conceived faster than those that did not. They even say that icecream can have the same effect as well as higher fat dairy products.
Hey I'm willing to eat icecream
Other than that pray and have others pray for you. God will bless you in His perfect timing. Best of luck and blessings

did your doctor give you any advise on what to take or what step next? they will have the best answers for your questions and queries, but in the mean time dont give up keep having sex and you never know there might be one sperm that gets there.

Let me reassure you a bit here. A "normal" sperm count is considered to be anything above 20 million/ML, and there will be variation in any sperm sample that your fiancee (or anyone else) has tested. If you're looking at the difference between 19.6 and 20 you're talking about the difference a few drops of precum in the sample could make. That 20 million number was set by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a guideline for evaluating semen. It's not an absolute rule, like the height restriction on a theme park ride. Your body won't refuse to have a baby because there are only 73 million sperm instead of 75 million. It only takes one lucky one.
If you're worried about a vitamin deficiency, consider taking a multi (this goes for both of you), and RELAX! Stress is the biggest obstacle in the bedroom for most couples, so don't focus too much on the goal (a baby), but try to focus on making your partner feel good on the mental and physical levels.

There are many websites that sell them. All you have to do is google male fertility test and you can see what's out there. I personally don't think they are worth it. All they do is measure sperm count, they don't account for anything else that might be wrong. They aren't that cheap either, so you might as well go get one done at te doctor that will be more complete.
