There are a couple of things you can do to increase your chances. Have sex first thing in the morning when his sperm count will be highest. Have him wear boxer shorts rather than briefs. You can try having him ejaculate into a cup and then use a syringe to shoot the sperm up against the cervix. (it's a bit of a nuisance but it may increase your chances) You can also try using a 1% vinegar douch just after sex as this will decrease the ph level and help push the sperm up to the cervix.

We went to the RE and he recommended my husband the following vitamins for somewhat the same issues:

    L-carniting 1500 twice a day
    Zinc 100 per day
    Vit E 400 per day
    Vit C 1000 per day

Sorry, I don't know the units. We'll see if it worked for us in the next few days.

I'm sorry for your loss. This should have nothing to do with your miscarriage. It just happens because your body knows what it is doing.

hi hun,my huby is in exactley the same situation and fertility blend he hasnt taken, but is taking zinc 1 per day and omega 3 fish oils x4 a day in 2 lots 2 at morning and 2 on afternoon also takes fertility plus similar to fertility blend just plenty natural health supplments,my hubby also just stopped smoking well about 8 weeks ago so that should help aswell, another semen test should tell us soon wether these are having an effect but we are so hoping so,sperm motility is when the sperm is not travellin at the proper speed and sometimes swim the other way instead of up through the tubes, consult your doctor before taking any of these supplments but my hubby was recommended to take these but from here on good luck hun i really hope you get somewhere as i can really understand how you feel having the same problem and all i have also researched this and it says that sperm motility plays no part in miscarriage but sperm morphology does so as long as the other parts of your partners sperm is ok then it may take you alittle longer to conceive but everything should be fine hun hoped this helped hun keep in touch xx
