		<description>Two unrelated things. Urinary tract infections are really common don&#039;t worry about it. Low sperm count could be a lot of things. Does he wear loose underwear? Also common in people who have jobs where they sit down a lot. The heat on a mans balls kills off the sperm.</description>

		<description>I have to agree with Isotype. It sounds like there are two different and unrelated things going on. If the sperm count is low I don&#039;t know how an infection would affect his sperm count unless it was in his testicles, the seminal vesicle, or perhaps his prostate but the later seems more unlikely since the semen only passes through the prostate during ejaculation. I&#039;m also presuming the doc gave him antibiotics for the infection when he mention pills. It&#039;s usually Cipro or Bactrim for urinary tract infections.</description>
