		<description>It should.  The insurance I have through my job has an infertility benefit--it should apply to either the man or the women, whoever is having the issue.  The coverage isn&#039;t that much but it would help a little.

However, just off the top of my head I don&#039;t think they can normally do much to help if the fertility issue is on the man&#039;s side.  In vitro or other things like that typically get charged to the woman&#039;s insurance since the procedure itself isn&#039;t being done to the man.</description>
