And does a lab tech make a difference as far as how good they are in preparing the specimen. For example one tech washed a vial at 67% motility and another tech did it the next day for another vial from the same sample and reported 50% motility.
This is for frozen sperm that was thawed not that I know if that makes a difference. But yeah I don’t like the tech, he gave off bad vibes and was very unprofessional in many ways on his exchanges with me.

The WHO has a 50% for motility but this must be measured within 60 minutes of collection. 60% would be considered better but there are many other factors involved. You can do a search on Google for Semen analysis and get all the info you need.
Somebody needs to inquire from Lab Qualtiy Control what their exact specifications are. The slightest variance can make a difference & you need to find out what the parameters are.
