I’m 15 and i want to no if Protein shakes help increase sperm count?

i work out but i want to no if it can increase the sperm count or cause damage.

    What does it matter? It’s not like you’re trying to conceive a child.

    A protein shake is just a protein shake, it’s not steriods so your junk wont shrink.

    Excessive body building can affect your fertility but this won’t affect a 15 year old boy just keeping fit, you have to be a diehard body builder to have problems.

    Anyway, your sperm count isn’t really relevant, you aren’t going to change it by eating and as someone said, until you try to have a child it’s not relevant anyway. I was trying to think of what you could have meant instead of sperm count, but I can’t come up with anything, so I guess you read that body building can affect it? yeah it can, but at a severely competitive level, not a casual gym go’er.
