Yes weed does lower sperm count and so does drinking and smoking, also try to not get pregnant while he is drunk. Good luck to you.
Yes, it does significantly. Like the 2nd answerer, if your boyfriend is a drug addict, you may want to reconsider this whole "baby" situation.
Yes, it significantly lowers his sperm count. You may want to consider, though, what life you are wanting to bring this baby into. I applaud you for being clean, but maybe he should be too? That's just my opinion. No judgement whatsoever…simply facts. You want a healthy father for your baby.
