Yes, there are pills out there. Just call his doctor, he/she can prescribe them for him.

    Hi nanaluv,

We all know that men are ruled by two organs; his stomach and his penis; so why not satisfy both and achieve the end result you both desire. Now, discovering the foods that will increase male fertility does not mean bean sprouts and turkey. However, these are good food choices for a healthy diet. Man can still enjoy red meat, beans and whole grains all while increasing his fertility.

Zinc is vital for viable sperm count, motility and a high percentage of live sperm in the semen. Zinc is present in semen and therefore men can lose excessive quantities of zinc through ejaculation – therefore it is critical that zinc is replaced through the diet daily. Foods rich in zinc such as lambs, turkeys, barleys, wheat, oysters, beans, nuts, red meats, raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds are considered to be the super-foods that can help to increase the sperm count in men.

Foods with selenium such as Brazil nuts, tunas, red meats, poultry, eggs, cottage cheese are also favorable in order to increase sperm count. Lycopene found in tomatoes, pink grapefruits, guavas and folate that is greatly found in asparagus, beet roots, broccoli, beans, citrus fruits and other dark green leafy vegetables are advisable for infertile man to increase sperm count.

But, that’s not all. There are also foods and certain everyday routine that man has to avoid in order to increase his sperm count. The details are on the sources below.

many times low sperm count is caused by reversible conditions. If your man smokes, drinks, wears tight pants, or has a low testosterone level, fixing those problems can bring his sperm count up.

got this info from a doctor who said that 95% of the time, low sperm count can be reversed by health changes.

if low testosterone is the problem, eating more protein and working out can increase his t level. anyway, good luck!
