i think my sperms are low .can i make babies by normal way with sex or any way to make babies pl z help me?

the only way to know that your sperm count it low for sure is to be tested. I would make an appointment with your doctor. in the mean while keep TTC, even if she doesnt get pregnant in the mean whille you have fun waiting for your appointment.
