Ejaculate less often. Frequent ejaculation reduces sperm count.

The body is designed to keep the sperm at a lower temperature but many men wear tighty whites. Boxers will keep things cooler and increase the vitality of your sperm. See link http://www.webmd.com/infertility-and-reproduction/features/boxers-vs-briefs-increasing-sperm-count

Be sure to wear boxers and not briefs. Give your testicals freedom and do not JO very much – if at all for a while. Those are the 2 easiest ways that I know of.

  6. `~-Cynic says:

    Stop masturbating every 30 minutes.

edit: wait….um….you can only make your sperm stronger by taking them to the gym 4 days a week, and also by putting your sperm on a strict dietary progam…probably get your sperm started on wheats, some oats, fish, and some barley for sure. Oh and, you might want to have an excerise/diet chart for each individual sperm….this will help you see which sperm are getting stronger, and which aren't giving 'it' their best effort. Good luck.

wear loose fitting boxers- ditch the tighty whities. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Avoid stress, and try to relax more often. Don't worry too much- only ONE of your sperm has to reach the egg to make a baby…
