Stop masturbating. If you wear tight briefs, stop wearing those and wear boxers.

Yeah i think you stop masturbating for atleast two or three days and see afterwards or else eat productive food like bananas etc.

if your masturbating 5+ times a week, try and reduce that a bit. loose clothing is good, and keeping your jewels cool is good to.

stop wearing tight briefs and tight jeans heat kills the production of sperms
eat food that are rich source of zinc that helps in production as well as sex drive
dip your testes in cold water for 10 mins each day to get the heat out
if u are masturbating a lot then u might low sperm each time

It’s not sperm, it’s semen. Sperm is micro scopic so you could have a billion sperm sitting in front of you but you couldn’t see it without a micro scope. The fluid is semen.
For only a few drops most likely you are masturbating several times a day, if not you are younger and just need to wait till you mature more. If you aren’t really young I would talk to your doctor, could be a prostate problem.
If you masturbate too often your body doesn’t have enough time to make more so you just have to give your body a little more time to "fill up"
