I know from experience that women say that it tastes better if you eat/drink grapefruit.

I know this sounds stupid, but hot chocolate milk does trick!

Is this to increase the volume or the actual quality of the semen?
Number of things to consider. If you smoke…stop, make the sperm slow and sticky. Drink plenty of water….your body will use the water you take in for many other things before it goes to semen production. 8 glasses a day for sure will help. Zinc supplements will also help increase the volume of the semen, get from any supermarket but don’t take more than the recommended daily dose. And yes, as someone else has said,,,,,,pineapple juice does make semen taste better. Avoid garlic and other strond pungent foods as these all affect semen.
    Hope this helps

Besides food, wear loose fitting underwear. Tighty Whities tend to keep the scrotum too hot which makes the sperm fewer. Body temp is very important. Which is why in the winter the testes stay closer to the body and in the heat of summer they hang further away from the body. I know many people who were having trouble getting pregnant changed only one thing. The type of underwear the potential father wore. And within two months they became pregnant.

Yeah = but the sperm content of semen is (considerably) less than 10%.

*Monkey’s* suggestion of hot chocolate is fascinating.

There was a pop group called "Hot Chocolate" a few years ago =

not by accident. The innuendo was real = it’s a known aphrodisiac.
