I heard taking L-arginine does the trick.
L-arginine does actually help a bit but many find if they take too much of it at once they get stomach aches. You may want to try a specialty supplement that combines many different ingredients (usually including some L-arginine) for the desired effect. Making sure you’re getting plenty of fluids is key as well.
Here’s what you can do about it:
- Eat more oysters and celery (zinc and selenium is your best friend!)
- Start to wear boxers instead of short pants, if you haven’t already
- Avoid alcohols, smoking, caffeine and processed foods
- Ultimately, take good herbal sperm enhancer for some course (usually 3-6 months)
