    Because men continue to produce sperm. Women are born with a certain amount of eggs, once they are gone- that’s it.

    women are born with all the eggs they’ll ever have, and as they get older, the eggs also age and start to deteriorate. also, as our bodies age, we are less likely to be physically able to carry a baby to full term.

    men’s bodies make fresh sperm every month or two, so it doesn’t age the way the eggs do. but, as guys get older, their chances of having a baby with a birth defect goes up, because there are some things that can damage the dna and the composition of the sperm.
