How can you increase a sperm count fast?

I have a fiance, he has 2 kids early in his 20's and now he's going to be 40 years old and he has low testosterone, and the doc told me that low testosterone can affect the sperm. How can he increase the sperm count fast that it will not affect me when I get pregnant?

Yes, eat foods with zinc. Research has found that they increase testosterone. Avoid foods with soy. Soy reduces sperm count.

By eating more healthier, excercising more and discussing vitamins which may be missing in your diet with your doctor. By going to the gym you can increase testostorone.

I dont know about the actual sperm count but for sperm volume try this… Diets in fruits like Strawberries, mango, pineapples, apples, grapefruit, and oranges. Avoid banannas (seems like they make sperm clumpy and appear dehydraded) Blue Gatorade (glacier freeze) seems to help. Multi-vitamins boost energy and production, Zinc is important. I never tried oyster since I dont like raw. No McDonalds or BK, all that fat and stuff makes men lazy and lose the sex drive. Also, Try coconuts, raw. Drink the juice and eat the fruit! I have done all af this in the past and still do it, I have learned from trial and error. Yes I am being honest, my last girl loved large volumes of you know what!!

If he already proved he can father kids, should not be a problem– low sperm count can only be determined by a lab test, which you did not indicate has been done. He is probably fine. If you try to get pregnant and don't for about 8 or 9 months, then have him tested.
