    Make sure your underwear are not tight – just eat a balanced diet, stay away from weed and alcohol, along with other drugs or chemicals.
    Don’t drink from plastic cups or eat from plastic containers, including styrofoam.

    If you can afford to see a specialist, they can give you more specific ideas to help your sperm count. Otherwise, the advice you’ll get here will most likely come from other people’s experiences and advice that was given to them…
