I know several women who did. One women they only got 14 swimmers. She is about due. Another women they got 2. Yep. 2. She now has a 6 month old baby girl as a result.

I'm not sure if it will help but there are a few things he can try to build up his count. Here is a great link with some suggestions. http://infertility.health-info.org/male-infertility/male-infertility-improve-sperm-quality.html

Sending positive vibes!

I am assuming you mean the sperm count was a 3 on a scale of 1-100. My husband was a 3 also. We did 2 rounds of IVF with ICSI and I am due in August. ICSI will increase your chances of getting pregnant since it uses the best of the best sperm. Good luck to you
