Has anyone had success with IVF with ICSI, when the reason for ICSI was VERY LOW (hardly any) sperm count?

We are wanting to do IVF with ICSI at the end of the year. Can anyone give me any success stories. My husband has very low sperm count, like a total of 3 sperm.

    Use a sperm donor

I know several women who did. One women they only got 14 swimmers. She is about due. Another women they got 2. Yep. 2. She now has a 6 month old baby girl as a result.

I'm not sure if it will help but there are a few things he can try to build up his count. Here is a great link with some suggestions. http://infertility.health-info.org/male-infertility/male-infertility-improve-sperm-quality.html

    Sending positive vibes!

I am assuming you mean the sperm count was a 3 on a scale of 1-100. My husband was a 3 also. We did 2 rounds of IVF with ICSI and I am due in August. ICSI will increase your chances of getting pregnant since it uses the best of the best sperm. Good luck to you
