Effects on valium (diazepam) on male fertility?

Im a male in my mid 30's and my wife and I are trying for a baby (just started).
I very occasionally take a 10mg dose, Id say about 4 – 5 times a month.
Will this affect my sperm mobility or count in any way ? Please let me know your experiences. I've found that it does not reduce my sex drive.

    It shouldn't. Usually just women trying to have children are advised not to take it as it can affect the health of the baby.
