well it does decrease ur potency but if u stop for a few days, ur amount will increase

but even a tiny bit of sperm has hundreds of millions of sperm cells

    not at all
In fact your body gives out millions and millions of sperm every time you masturbate and if your not wearing whity tighties, then you will be fine! Foods dont really help its just how tight your undies and jeans are

Doesn't sound like it's sperm count that you're worried about, sounds like volume of semen.

Wait 3-5 days between masturbating, this will allow the maximum amount to build up.

Brocolli is the best vegetable to eat to increase actualy sperm count.

Drink more water and drink water 1-2 hours before you masturbate.

There is nothing wrong with you, you are just doing it to much and/or are missing a nutrient in your diet or aren't drinking enough water. Or too much alchol or other drug.

You should understand one thing. The difference between semen and sperm. The white sticky stuff is semen. This isn't produce by the testes. Semen contains sperm and it is these chaps that are produced by the testes.

Now masturbation has nothing to do with your sperm count. Whether you ejaculate or not, your testes would keep on producing sperm and the old sperm out die out if they are not ejaculated.

The amount and the force with which semen is expelled, is somewhat reduced as a boy pass his 20s, in a considerable number of boys.

    yes it may decrease
