    Not really all your doing when you jack off is releasing sperm has nothing to do with testosterone. You make sperm because of testosterone however you would have more or less because of masterbation.

    Testosterone has nothing to do with your semen. Testosterone is the male hormone, sperm is the male reproductive cell. They are not connected.

    And ejaculating doesn’t effect testosterone production in any way.
