Does anyone have any tips or ways to improve sperm count?

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or ways to improve sperm count?

2 question – is it true that a hot bath can cause low sperm count?

    No and no. Ye either have a high motility rating or ye don't. Taking testosterone won't help either. The best thing to do is see a fertility doctor and have your sperm counted. Then talk to a profession ( meaning a doctor…) about any options ye might have.

    Exercise, Eat & Sleep properly. Do not get addict to smoking & heavy drinking. Also, people working in hot environs are known to lose fertility avoid that. Search Internet for any Ayurvedic remedies that might help on this and also consult your Physician. :)

    Yes :eat oysters and clams and products that contain zinc:or just take one multivitamin tablet a day:it contains all the zinc you need.
    2)yes that can happen..The heat is too much for them.

    pineapple juice has been proven to make your sperm taste delicious, but for sperm count, dont masturbate for a few days, that will save up yur sperm, and a hot bath cant lower your sperm count, it can give you an erection though.
