Correct amount of vitamins to take to increase sperm volume/mobility?

increase low sperm count

My wife and I are trying to conceive. I’ve been doing some reading and I have all of the recommended vitamins. I have Selenium – 200 mcg, Zinc- 50 MG, Vitamin B12 – 500 mcg, and vitamin C- 500 MG. I take these once daily. I’m not fimiliar with the correct amount of dosage you’re supposed to take during one day, so do I need to cut these in half, or is it okay to be taking all of them? Thanks in advance.

Def. get L carnitine which i believe is good for sperm mobility. The pill form is fine. Selenium you could proobably take another 100mcg’s a day, unless your on an additional multivitamin.
    b6 is good as well.
My husband took a Men’s Ultimate Multivitim then additionally took extra Selenium and L carnitine.

My husband likes his wine and beer as well. We were trying for 3 months with no results. Not sure if it helped but he cut out drinking for a bit, for I here it reduces your chances.

    best of luck ttc

This is a great combination of vitamins for increasing your chances at conceiving!! Your dosage seems to be pretty spot on. Make sure that you are taking these with a meal because it aids in the absorption of them. Good luck.
