Ok let me tell you a little story.. My husband and I didnt use protection for 2 years and never got pregnant the doctor told him he had very low sperm count and probably wouldnt be able to have kids ever.. And we have been pregnant twice. Just miscarried in feb then got pregnant again in april and now we are 17 1/2 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby :) I dont think you need the fertility meds. Honestly you need to change the way you think and clear all the negative thoughts you have blocked away in ur sub conscious.. That is what;s really stopping you from getting pregnant.. you and your husband.. Positive thoughts become things.. Negative thoughts will bring negative things into your life.. no matter if you think about it good or bad.. called law of attraction.. and another word of advice is.. since people always told me and i could never do it and never believed.. as soon as you both forget about it and realize that when its supposed to happen it will.. forget about it.. then next thing you know.. bam!! your healthy and pregnant!! Good luck and bless you and your family!

My husband had a very low sperm count.
He found out with his first wife. They tried unsuccessfully for nine years and after they had divorced she had a little boy.
Jumping to the future, we never imagined we would be able to conceive. To my surprise I am now 24 weeks pregnant with my own little boy =). All together we've been together for 5 years, and married for 2. It's difficult wanting a child so bad and not being able to have one of your own. I know I went through it too and finally convinced myself I didn't want one but I would secretly wish every night I would have our first child. I hope this gives you hope.

It's a hard decision, I've never heard of men taking Clomid for a low sperm count, and as with ANY' medication there will be side effects, Maybe he could try it and see what happens and go in for another test. Or get a referral and see if there is anything else you can do.

My husband and I did nothing, we just decided not too, but god bless you on your journey and good luck with whatever decision you choose.
