Any one knows good birth control? Need something that can really work high sperm count?

I'm a HUGE fan! Been doing that for 2 years now and I've had to suffer trial and error on a whole lot of different ones, this is the only one that works (for me anyways).

Stay away from Deppo! I was on it for 2.5yrs and it really screwed up my whole system not to mention it made me a complete b**ch.

Oh and the patch doesn't work – in fact I believe they are looking to take it off the market because it doesn't work.

no sex.. lol depo works well.. also there is some new b/c that they put in your arm and it last up to 5 years..

but if your that worried.. dont have sex..

they can always fail; but bc pills are a good birth control if you take them everyday at the same time; but it is bothering to take the pill sometimes and you can forget it also.

The mirena IUD well you don´t have to take anything but go to your doctor and he´ll put it, but some women complain and some love it, they say the insertion hurts. But you are free for 5 years.

Other hormonal charges like the shot and the patch, you should discuss with your doctor which one is the best for you.
But any method can have a failure but abstinence.
